Tchoukball - A game for everyone!
Tchoukball is played with two rebound frames at each end of the court.
To score a point the ball must be thrown at the frame and rebound to land outside the line of the D.
RULES = No player can stand in the D but may be airborne above it while throwing.
The ball must be held for only 3 seconds.
Three consecutive shots can be had at the rebounder.
No defence is allowed - interfering with the pass or movement.
Only 3 passes between a team.
FOULS = Stepping out of bounds, dropping the ball, making 4 passes and catching a rebound from your own teams shot.
