MOVEMENT PATTERN ULTIMATE FRISBEE

When sending frisbee student demonstrates:

-exemplary balance

-lead foot steps in direction of throw

-release frisbee, parallel to ground, flicks wrist to

-frisbee reaches target at  waist/catchable height and catchable speed

When receiving frisbee student demonstrates:

-Exemplary control of footwork to maintain centre of gravity

-Judges trajectory of throw, adjusts and  positions body for catch by slowing down or speeding up movement

-Moves to open space to look for pass
