For example: Breathing activity, ways to get a good laugh, why outdoors is so good for you, pets and stress relief, power of sleep, exercise and endorphins, health food, journal writing, ways to relax, Meditation, time management techniques or apps, who to talk to…….
Your one page on the shared Google Presentation should be well set out and include:
- A relevant image.
- A description of the method of stress relief and how it makes you feel.
- Three facts explaining how this technique reduces stress.
- A link with evidence to back up your idea.
